As a member you can use our website with one of the following options:
1. FREE user submission (users can send properties from their profile without any restrictions)
2. PAID submission, with extra fee for FEATURED listing (users pay a fee for each submission and they can also choose to pay an extra fee to have their listings featured, meaning always show on top).
3. MEMBERSHIP submissions. With this option you can choose from different packages to suite the type of volume you need. Members can subscribe to a different package levels (recurring or not) from User Dashboard. Packages include listings for how many number of total properties as well as how many of those properties can be featured properties.
Featured properties will appear predominately displayed on our home page and in the side bar of almost all of the website’s pages.
With a free membership you can list up to 3 properties and feature one listing.
With paid submissions you can list up to 10 properties and feature up to 3 listings.
